Using Your Insurance Transportation Benefit?

If you are using transportation benefits through your health insurance, please call the transportation or member-services number located on the back of your insurance card to schedule your ride. Your insurance plan or transportation broker will coordinate eligible transportation.

Broker Networks

Buttercups Medical Transportation currently works with transportation broker networks that may include:

  • MTM
  • Modivcare
  • MediDrive

Transportation eligibility, authorization, scheduling, and coverage are determined by the member’s health plan and/or transportation broker.

Look for the transportation or member-services phone number printed on your card, then call to arrange your covered ride.
